Congratulations on your find! You've found The Aegean by natelox aka "Project Warchild" during construction. This makes for nate's fifth spotlight, easily making him the most accomplished parkmaker in New Element history. Nate doesn't get enough credit for his place at this site, but if there was any one parkmaker that really defined what NE was all about, it'd be Nate. Straying away from his popular Disney parks, he took a significant change in style and created this one of a kind park, with elegant theming, unique architecture, and incredibly detailed rides.

    The Aegean Hint Re-Cap/Explanations:
    Hint #1
"Of all the contests we've ever had, it's the One with the least amount of entries"
Location: NE Invitational Page...hidden in the word "one" in 'Pick One:'
Reason: NE Invitational was the contest with the least amount of entries we've had (3). The word one in the hint hints to the "Pick One"

    Hint #2
"It doesn't get much wilder then this design"
Location: WildSurf page...hidden in the word 'facade' in the description.
Reason: The word design hinting to the NE Designs Page...the word 'wilder' hinting to WildSurf.

    Hint #3
"In an Other World, this would have reached the next level"
Location: The Other World runner-up page...in the words "Other World" in the description.
Reason: The name of the park given right in the hint...'reached the next level' referring to the fact that it got Runner-Up.

Woo-hoo, first download! I haven't opened the park yet, but it looks excellent natelox, congratulations on yet another spotlight.

Second download... or third, possibly :D

Just looked at the park... That's one of the most complex and most detailed parks I've ever seen. The only real minus for me was the sometimes overpowering browness, some colours would have been good, and sometimes the architecture mountains got a bit confusing.
However... The detail! Coaster track hacked under awnings and overhangs, amazingly detailed custom rides, the fantastic asymmetric window placement, the realism in rides, fantastic rides by the way, overhangs, clotheslines, chains, ladders, doors, etc. One thing that caught my eye was that bell-thingie hacked into a tower just at the entrance.
I wonder how many more details I will notice after a closer look.

I found it, and i have to say it was amazing. Ive never really enjoyed looking at an LL park, but i was looking around this for a good 25 minutes. I abosolutley love your rapids, with the rotating floor, the gap jump. Its the best rapids ive ever seen.

That music was a nice touch, very funky :D

If your saving the best park till last, i cant wait. I dont know how to beat this!

*waddles off to find the next spotlight*

    Wow...

What an Easter Treat, three hidden spotlights and the first of which being this.

This is truely brilliant, even from the screens at the side. Makes me want my LL landscape CD back... :D

Congradulations Nate, not only on another fantastic spotlight, but for becoming such an accomplished parkmaker in the community.

    Fishy eh?

Brilliant architecture, and overall thing's looks very nice. The box track was clever, loved the detail there. Overall a lovely park to look at but when going over it got quite repetetive too look at and it was obvious it got away from being a themepark.

If more stand outrides were used it could be a very very good park. But still the park shows that you are still one of the best in creating real-life architecture.

Damn. I wish I had LL. It looks amazing but I can only look at screens. Great work Nate. You'll make Team Curse win H2H for sure.

Awesome, I never knew what happened to project warchild till now B)

This park I felt was the best. I liked how it was like a normal themepark with rides, but very themed. This is the best of the three, according to me.

While Nates parks have been really nice I have never been a huge, huge fan of his work like some people but I have to say I love this.

Nates style has changed so much ever since he appeared which is great. this park is so calm, natrual and filled with nice details, like the clothes lines the garages with cars in them. Venice was greatv and probably my favourite are the rapids ride was the best I have seen and streets of venice was a great Idea (I had the same kinda of Idea when for my NE invite but with boats which I lost due to my pc fucking up anyway you don't need to know that :)) Nice to see an elrocko coaster in the park. that was a very cool trackless Watercoaster with nice hacked track at the drop. Athina was nice but it was my least favourite area of the park.

Congrats on your 800th spotlight :) and I'm becoming more of a fan of your work.

i thought the park looked too much like DDI and DFK, but I still love Nate's quaint use of wooden rooves and trees. I just wish he'd do something...different.

And there is a funny story about that logo. When the park was in construction, I would draw up logo's for it, just for fun. And the logo I thought that defined the park was almost EXACTLY the same as the one on the spotlight page. I love how I was able to make the park give off the right feel. Thank you so much for the logo and the spotlight!

I was just thinking about that Nate... I've been so busy griping about clue #4 I had neglected downloading the park...

    So I did...

Wow.... this is some awesome stuff. I love... everything about it. The atmosphere created by each section is... so wonderful. I love it. This ranks right up there with MM as far as beauty and atmosphere goes...

The rapids ride was definitely my favorite part of the park. The rotator... the drops... the jumps... the tiny water passageways and geysers... the landscaping... all perfect. I love it!

A close second, or maybe also my favorite, is the whole section of docks. The architecture, boat systems, waterways... so big, so intricate, so lovely. Perfection.

Tunisia was a nice little section... the coaster was awkward, but in a good way. There was one hill that jumped out of nowhere... surely filled with airtime... I love it.

The two adventure rides in Athina were wonderful as well... especially on the one where the train nearly zoomed backwards into the water, but climbed back upon the land after a close call. I could definitely image walking around the park... riding the rides...

The only downside is perhaps a small lack of rides... maybe another coaster and a handful of flat rides would definitely help the park...

But overall, EXCELLENT! Definitely in my top three or four... it boasts perhaps the most wonderful atmosphere ever created in RCT.

    Keep up the incredible work!

Yes Nate, you are correct. I can't open the park because I don't have the game installed, but the screens look really bang up. And this from someone who swore off LL nearly two years ago. ;) The atmosphere is very lush, even though I think there is too much brown in the screens shown (I think I'm responding to the brown path as roofs thing...I never was a fan of that). Anyway, you should be flattered that your park was first, cause essentially you are going to get a "double Spotlight" time, once here, and then once when Iris releases the parks for those of us who are incapable of getting the clues right.

BTW...I still can't "get to" the 4th clue. Those last italicized words are clear as day, but I can't "Find" what I know..does that make sense. SOMEONE HELP ME!!!!!?????!!!!!?????
