  I think this looks rather nice, actually. I like the landscaping a lot, especially with the rock pieces in that lower bit, nice idea. The buildings may be a slight bit undetailed but they're not bad at all. I don't think there's a lot you can do to make this better.

  It's not terrible by any means.

   

  What is the theme? Western? Focusing on that might help you develop it more. The path could by wider in places and you should add some benches, lamps and planters. Other path types may be a better fit too, same goes for the fence. The foliage and rockwork that you do have is rather nice but you have too many bare patches of land and the terrain mixing isn't natural enough (i.e. rectangular patches).

  You definitely have some skill. Just keep working at it and try to fill in your parks a bit more. The two screens you've posted are really sparse in foliage and surroundings.

  You've got an ocean of space yet it looks cramped. Quite an achievement. I like the individual elements, they obviously weren't made without skill.
