  Not sure how finished this is, but the cliffs seem too shear to me. I feel like you can do better

  It is finished, as a landscape. It's simply a base for a design and ultimately a park. The sheer cliffs are supposed to contrast the much flatter slopes at the base and top of the cliffs. There are many places where the difference is not so sheer, though. The entire point is to create an interesting coaster design, so if it was all the same it would be boring.
