tbf, we all converted to .parkobj (the format OpenRCT2 uses), so I doubt you'll get any useful responses for .dat stuff.

Hey, that's my old Indonesian scenery group
If you're using Open RCT2 it would be easiest to just load them with the Object Selection menu in-game (like barnNID suggested), but if you're using regular RCT2 that would be a lot more tedious. I'm not sure those old programs could load in pictures of the objects inside. I know Datmaker can load in old .dat scenery groups (where you can see which .dats are inside), but it doesn't load the pictures of the objects in it..

ah ok, I must be blind then. I think this is a huge step up from Fred's previous 'style' though, for what it's worth. And again, if copying andrew's style is helping him with enjoying the game more or create high quality work like this, that's only what matters.

Maybe 'literally copied' was a bit harsh from my side, apologies if it did come over that way. I did explain what I meant though, and that I didn't mind the 'similarities'. There have been many similarities in the past of NE, so it's nothing to be ashamed of and it could give you a better building experience and a good end result, which is what it's all about. In the end we all copy/are inspired by each other. I can say GForce copied/was inspired by cp6, as he kind of invented the realistic style with Watkins Woods
