  Becky, I have the same issues and described it a few pages back. Tried really hard to solve it. Unsuccessfully.... Interestingly quite a few people can run it in fullscreen mode on Windows10 without any issues. Perhaps also a question of graphics card hardware and Windows10's backwards compatibility for them.

  Actually I was fine on my old laptop after upgrading to windows 10 so I think it is a matter of having a new laptop with windows 10. Not sure why it works when you upgrade and doesn't when it's just the original windows 10 but it is what it is...I guess I'll play RCT1 on my old laptop and I can still play RCT2 and 3 on my new laptop full screen.
