Wow! I THOUGHT I saw some Trav in there! haha. Great job guys:]

I really worked hard on this, and it took some dedication to step up my realism game. My teammates were fantastic on this. Darren worked his butt off daily, and Goliath was a reliable builder and communicator.

If anyone wants to know who was responsible for what:

Kumba - Zombie Hunt [layout, theming, supports, 'kills', station, etc. Studio tour [station, hacking], Indoor film studio, video editing room, camera equipment, Zombie Kills of the Week, the 'Rules of Zombieland', Bug Out!, The Twinkie Building, tons of custom scenery, the majority of the park's layout. Obviously much more, but thats all I can remember for now haha.

Goliath - Undead [wooden coaster, theming, supports, station, hacking, etc] , Doubletap [Theming, supports, station] , Rattler [frisbee, hacking, theming, etc. Kumba built on this as well] , The Outbreak building, Bug Out!

Myself - All of the midway games found in the park, food stalls, vending machines, Park entrance [hummer, sign, buildings] , Film set [Gas station, movie theatre, apartment building, newsstand, etc. Kumba built on the theatre as well, and added all of the peeps and film crew] , Trailers, golf carts, Scare Zone, Tallahassee's last stand.

I obviously didn't touch on everything, so if you'd like to know who built what, just ask:]

Again, it was an absolute blast working on this park. For my first H2H, I am extremely proud of what we accomplished already.

Fisch, Dimi, and Trav, you guys are phenomenal. Really disappointed we had to face you in round one! Can't wait to see what else is in store:]

^this is what is h2h to me, great players being proud of what they did and still showing great sportsmanship when they lost a match, great show guys, great show!
  • trav%s's Photo
Yeah, you guys did a really good job on Zombieland, thanks for the good match :)

On our map Fisch And Dimi basically did a mix of everything around the map and I was just brought in late on to help with a bit of the landscaping around the coaster, so I don't deserve any of the praise for this map, please aim it all towards Fisch and Dimi, they did an amazing job! Especially considering we haven't used anyone seeded lower than #5, and some such as Liampie were heralding it as one of the greatest Rct2 creations... :D

I know right? I feel like me and Goliath were the two 'underdogs' of our team as well. So for both of our parks to be as praised as they were is a great feeling for me. Yes, we did have Kumba, but still haha.

Sportsmanship is key. I don't dislike any of you, and will never do so. Unless you come to America and fight me or my family or something.
Looking forward to the next round!;] You guys have seen nothing yet!

Nice. I had nó clue on who made Zombieland (didn't really know many of the builders anyways), and I was pretty sure about Fisch and Dimi. Trav, that was a complete surprise to me! :p

Nice job guys, great parks, both. This was one hell of a kickoff for H2H6!

Kumba was obvious to me, the others (especially i:c) were quite a surprise.

I honestly thougt that 5dave had build on sea of sagas.. Fisch and Dimi aren't really a surprise though and I barely know anything of trav's work to recognise him on it ;p

Wow, for some reason I thought the entrance of Sea of Sagas was 5Dave but now I see Fisch! Wow, great job on that, dude. Definitely saw Kumba in Zombieland, especially since he said a few months ago how he wanted to do a park based on it, but in:Cities was a nice surprise, great job on that studio, man.
  • Sulakke%s's Photo
I was pretty sure Cocoa built on Sagas :p

I thought I saw Fisch, you've really stepped up your game man! Like, easily to spotlight level. Dimi I didn't notice, but having worked with him before I know he can make special stuff.

Thought I saw Kumba in the other one, and Goliath. Wasn't sure if there was a third builder.

One thing about both these parks... The quality level throughout was excellent, and the integration of different builders was seamless. I couldn't tell where one builder stopped, and another began, which is incredible. Well done to both teams.

I got to say at first I was pretty sure that was 5Dave. I thought Fisch and Dimi may have been in it with supporting roles. I am quite impressed SoS was 5Dave free, it was really great work.

So my streak has ended. I will humbly call it the greatest streak in the history of RCT. I had not lost a contest entry at NE since DRC was released... IN 2007! :|

Letting my team down sucks, I should win whatever match I am in for them, but yeah SoS was up to the task and won the match-up fairly, tho I don't think the score quite reflexs it.

Josh was the real star on our park. His detailed realistic work is insanely good. Goliath was great too, awesome how he lives down under and built while for me and Josh it was between 2-6am. That was key to us getting so much done in such a short time.

In closing... fuck nin... and fuck Fisch, Dimi and Trav even harder :peace:

    Interesting..I expected 5dave & Cocoa.

I will still review your park. But let me just say for now that when the match was posted I got EXTREMELY nervous simply because your park was so good. I loved it and I don't know who I would have voted for to be quite honest.
Apparently my guessing was completely off haha...I don't know why but I didn't even guess Kumba in it as I haven't really looked into your more realistic stuff yet. I agree with In:Cities though...if this is what your lower seeded players are able to make (except Kumba) then I am gonna shit my pants if we face eachother again. :p

I will admit I was a bit nervous seeing both parks side-by-side upon release. Zombieland was quite a park- I really enjoyed it! I wil admit I initially thought it was a bit bare seeing that much of it was tarmac, but that didn't restrict it much. The recreation of Zombieland was great, and when Kumba told me the park dealt with my home state (Georgia), I never would have thought he was referring to the movie (which was filmed at Wild Adventures in southern Georgia for those unaware).

I'm proud of what my team was able to accomplish during the time leading up to this, and surprised by the praise they've been receiving. Both teams deserve it as we both created two of the strongest parks of the round, and possibly of the season. Great job everyone.

By the way, this was merely a taste of what the Replacements can do ;)

Blah blah blah, big talk nin. The real test is next Round. Against us underdogs.

    Why so touchy Fizz

amazing work from everyone, and Josh, I knew knew knew you were in on this somehow. I'm really not sure how, I jsut had a feeling. I loved it tho man. I would pick it over almost any of the other entries in H2H6 so far easily. just.. god damn SoS.... so good.

And people blast me for my ego

Good job by both teams. And, this is only round 1

This is going to be the best H2H EVER!

I knew it was kumba as soon as I saw the little jungle fences around some of the foliage. Nobody else uses jungle fences like kumba :p

I was also pretty sure about goliath, the stations really reminded me of his work and the general atmosphere was very in tune with his style.

As for incities, I didn't guess that :p.

But thanks for the great matchup guys, and for those who thought I worked on this, thanks :D I wish I worked like this
