    This park has been years in the making, and unfortunately, most of those years it was in the state you see it now. I set out to make a large-scale Disney park on a high realistic detail level and have come to realize I bit off more than I could chew. Animal Kingdom is an oddly shaped park as it is, so this was also set up to become a two map project (front half of the park on one map, back half on the other) as well. I'm really proud of the entrance and loved where it was headed, but I then realized I would never have the drive to finish this project right now. I'm not saying I'll never come back to it, but right now I'm moving on. I have two other projects I'm going to release in the next few days because well, I know I'm not getting them done any time soon and I want to share what I have with you guys.

    I'd love to hear what anyone else has to say about what's on the map, too!

    It's one of the best entrance areas I've seen. I cannot imagine how amazing the atmosphere would be with peeps. Steve, you're still one of the best parkmakers around.

    Soooo soooo good. Finally something that instantly captivated me. This is how entrances are supposed to be built. The most excitement I've felt exploring a park in a long time. Why can't more people build like you again ...

    Haha, thanks man. I believe it was actually geewhzz's idea to have some sort of "beacon" in the entrance, and that is what I came up with. Glad you like it as much as I do!

    Ha, thanks posix! Glad you thought this was so great, but yeah, more than I could chew. The whole scale of this project basically frightened me to the point where I wasn't inspired to work on it. For the level of detail I wanted to reach on two maps was just too daunting for me. Kind of a lame excuse, I know, but I hope to come back to this someday because this is the one thing I've ever done that I really think would be a shame to not get finished.
