Campi Vinobacci was built by Jazz and Mama Bear.
Las Vegas 2010 was built by RCTNW and Evil WME.
For the second straight match, the lesser known parkmakers pulled it out over the more well known guys...interesting. Congratulations to the Tycoon Bandits for going 1-0, and good luck to the Ferocious Tigers who start 0-1...and have had a huge run of bad luck recently, losing both their top two picks (more on that in a bit though).
Match #3, the Demigods vs. Italian Stallions is coming up tonight.
I knew Jazz was behind CV, but I NEVER would have guessed that Mama Bear was the other person who made it, I guess I'm just not very familiar with her work. Good luck to both teams in future matches.
The front half of the park was NOT intentionally left empty, we just simply ran out of time. There was supposed to be a junior coaster in the lower right corner and many more vineyards.
I really feel that we got lucky this week, and as John said, this was probably just a fluke. Even if it was, it shouldn't reflect anything about any upcoming parks from the Bandits.
And i hope slob's problems to be resolved, iris. That way our team can still compete more than well enough with the rest. I'm still semi-waiting on sacf for an answer but dave5 seems to have almost earned a spot as a ferocious tiger.
As for an explaination for the park, Campi Vinobacci was a disaster from the start... There were many problems that occured throughout the building of this park; such as CH33 dropping out, Mama Bear's computer not working for awhile, etc...
Thus, the park was not completed for a simple reason: we didn't have enough time to finish the vineyards because of all of these problems which greatly brought down the park's progress. I'd like to also thank iris for giving us the 1-week extension, as it was much needed.
BTW, I built Bacchus if anyone was wondering...

RCTNW and Wme good job on the park. It was'nt enough to get my vote but it was more complete. City themes can be very hard to do and the extra details needed just made your entry seem a bit less compared to CV.
Nice matchup.

I wasn't. But that isn't the point.

I like the Tycoon Bandits' park alot more... more feel to it than the Vegas one.
AND, speaking as a resident of Henderson (right next to Vegas), it's not very nicely portrayed... Yeah, the archy was okay, but it didn't fit. And the coasters didn't makeso much sense.

As WME stated before, this entry had a completly different concept when it was first discussed. When time really ran out and no word from the fish, (due to my vacation and the week 1 deadline), we had to go with something I knew we could complete thinking that a finished park was better than a non-finished park. Looking back, that was not the way go. I agree that the map was too small for two resorts but we were hoping that the fish would have shown up to add the second hotel/casino. In short, the whole map was constructed from May 21 - June 4th as I needed to get ready for vacation.
Thanks for all the comments (good and bad) and congrats to Bandits for the week 1 win.
