Welcome to Orinoco River, my first attempt at an RCT2 park. I was very suprised when it won the RCPro spotlight, so thanks to sboarder for that honour. I thought i'd release it here for the people to lazy to go there lol.

Just a note, this park is quite old, and you can see the improvement from one area to the next in the park.

Entrance - Themed with mostly wooden walls, this entrance area oozes old-style charm. Home to the smallest roller coaster in the park, the LIM launched adventure style coaster - The Maxwell Expedition. With one inversion this coaster, while short, never slows down.

Baton Rouge - Made with wooden textures and dark red and brown colourings, this area is fashioned in the style of 1800's Baton Rouge in Southern America. Many reseraunts selling delicious food can be found here, as well as a launched steel coaster - Chatanooga Express Train. Set in a canyon, you hurtle in and out of the canyon walls, through foliage and rocky terrain. You must protect the wagon train, which is under attack by indians. If that is not your cup of tea, chill out on the interactive river ride - Iriquois River.

Espana - Themed to medievil Spain, this section contains rich architecture and stunning scenery. However, one thing dominates the skyline - the golden lift hill of La Amigo Ultima - a CCI wooden coaster that flies in and out of the ground. There are thrills galore in this land of dreams.

Paramatta Bay - Set in the home land of Blackbeard the Pirate, this beautiful pirate village lies on the banks of the Paramatta Bay. However, lying in this quiet village is a steel monster - Mutiny on the Bounty. This B&M Stand up coaster has 5 inversions, and an extreme layout, flying over and under a river, over a path, and through some buildings.

Bermuda - Some have described this as "the party island", and it is easy to see why. Colours everywhere, teals, yellows, and dark reds set off the bright tropical scenery beautifully. Home to arguably the most fun roller coaster in the park. Journey to Surabaya is a B&M inverted coaster that winds through foliage and buildings. If coasters don't tickle your fancy, why not have some fun at Club Fandango, or get sloshed at Liminiga's Bar. In Bermuda, there's something for everyone.

Here are three teaser pictures, taken off the RCPro website (props).

The first shows Wagon Wheel in the Baton Rouge section, the second shows the lift hill of La Amigo Ultima in Espana, and the third shows a helix on Journey to Surabaya in Bermuda.

And the download - Orinoco River

Baby turn around and let me see this sexy topic go bump bump bump... No enough about B2Gay.

I can't view the park because I can't find my rct2, but from screens and the overview I would say it's a top-class rct2 park. The woodie's colors are pretty good, and the invert looks good in its area. The diagonal hyper or whatever looks interesting too from the overview. Nice job, but I can't give a definite rating so...

7.5/10 - Just from screens and overview.

I downloaded it a while ago, and it was pretty good. The coasters were nice and solid. I especially liked the one in Espana, because of it's great interaction with archy and paths. It al turned out pretty good.

I thought I posted in here but by the looks of it I didn't.

i just downloaded and had a look at this park and i think its brilliant. the high points for me are some good use of the wooden scenery and some well themed flat rides. i think it needed more varied height in land, and more dense architecture in places - i found it often lacked in atmosphere, and trees were often packed in too much. but i really enjoyed a good 20 minutes looking at this. nice park :)

    Thanks for the feedback.

The only section i'm even mildly proud of is the Bermuda section, the others are so bad. Oh, and the little spit bit in the pirate section, that looks great IMO.

The main problems with this park for me, are the lack of land height variation, and the very weak archy in the Baton Rouge and Espana sections. That, and the trees lol. Too many.

But i still think it's worth a download, just to see the Bermuda section, nice colour scheme going on there.

ya the burmuda section is great and even the rest of the park was cool i thought except for the standup BM. i didnt like it at all. goinng under the river and some other stuff just didnt do it fo rme. im sure this park was built a WHILE ago and its good for that reason too.

Heh I remember this :) This was a cool park and it's great that you got RCPro spotlight - a worthy honour indeed :D

I liked the Mexico section myself, especially the colours.

Tula City blows it out of the water though (if that's the right expression? :-/)
