    Did not really intend to do any Road Rallies this year (still that hand!), but now Kumba took his chance to win the July one :tongue: , I felt the urge to still make one to at least be allowed to participate in the finals....(which I am now by winning with this one).

    ARGENTINA ADVENTURES

    objectives:

    -Use the provided workbench (50x50) and it's scenery;
    - build a helicopter ride;
    - build a steeplechase coaster;
    - theme it all to Argentina.

    Why all that water-scenery (for the Iguazu-falls) was needed, and why some buildings and parts had to be so colourfull, you can read in the Readme.

    Park is peepfriendly.

    You are perhaps the only person I know that can take a theme of so many countries, and turn out a park that holds true to the concept like no other. You tack on the ability to create great parks in general and no one can touch you when it comes to these. RR’s are perfect for your style and you really are the best at them.

    I have not DL’d this however the SS’s are amazing. The waterfalls in particular are gorgeous (reminds me of Old Red’s work).

    Congrats on the win and I wish you the best of luck in the finals (not that you need it).

    You indeed seem to be the only one able to pick a theme and then build an almost perfect replica in RCT. Respect for that!


    Even voor de duidelijkheid; de manier waarop jij zoveel Argentinië op 2500 vakjes kan proppen verdient niets meer dan enkel hulde. Wederom een geweldige prestatie :)

    Lovely park and really creative. Not my favourite Road Rally of yours but it was well worth the download. Don't worry that you haven't had that many comments. There will probebly be more
    but, you build for yourself. I'm sure you know that already. I know it can be annoying if you've spent so long on a park and felt it needed more recognition, but as long as your personal standards are fulfilled that's all that matters.

    ^Not my favourite one either :D , but still a very fun thing it was to build (although it took me very long - due to the circumstances - compared to all the other ones before.

    Found this while browsing old parks.. holy crap that waterfall is one of the best I've ever seen. And the Casa Rosada holds up really well even compared to today's standards. Really cool little park.

    Road Rally was Emergo's bread and butter, she won 6 of 7 she entered, her only loss to Kumba in his DRC prime. She had a great ability to bring together a variety of cultural references in rct in a way that told a story about each place. And, she brought numerous iconic landmarks into rct at a time when recreating real-life architecture was less common.

     

    If rct players were drag queens, Emergo would be my drag mother (though the apple fell pretty far from the tree...).
