  Not at all what I imagine comedy clubs looking like. But maybe that's because I'm a New Yorker and all of them here are in Soho basements.

  @inthemanual: Hmmm, maybe, I dont know. But other than it doesn't looks like a Comedy Club, the building in general, how do you think about that?

  The structure looks good, I think you need to work on details and foliage. Try using 1/8tile flowers to make them less square. Also maybe add details to the roofs, right now they are just blobs of texture.

  The only problem I have with this is the really sharp path transitions. Also not really a huge fan of the off-white path here, I think a building of this size an style would more into a city-scape environment and the off-white path doesn't really portray this in my opinion. This would mean the foliage could/should probably be changed a little as well; make them look more manicured and utilising planters.

   

  Tend to agree with Tim that it doesn't really look like a comedy club, curious as to why you made it that rather than just going with the default building intention [a theatre], which makes a little more sense I think.
