    Looks nice.

Looks like a nice start. I like the layout. With custom supports, foliage and peeps this could be a really solid screen. But what you got thus far is promising. Keep it up.

Work in progress ! I finished the custom supports, it was very complicated for a first time ( it's hard to work from all angle of view ! ) but I like the result. I added some details like there are in the real park ( like the military truk ) and change some things to make the coaster functional with visitors.

I'll continue the foliage and build others building but now, I need a little break !

Nice progress, the brown fences at the bottom of the screen are a bit distracting though.  You should try and only use one or the other, since they are so similar.

Good to see another french person here ! I will try to visit Le Pal soon, after they build the launched family coaster maybe.

I love what you did here, foliage is going to be a big part of this I guess.

I would recommend you to use the custom maurer spinning trains for the coaster though.

Not a bad start at all! I like where this is going. I like the tropical feel of it and the warm colours. I do however want to suggest a few things: One, be careful you're not overusing that bamboo object. Try to mix the foliage up when you're progressing on this. Two, maybe replace the the spinning wild mouse cars with the spinning coaster cars made by X7123M3-256? They have a higher friction true, but this is easily fixed with the console and they do have the sprites for all the banking. And last, finish a screen before posting it, it's what we prefer on this site. :)

Keep building, I look forward to what you show us next.

@G Force Yes, I found too it was a problem with the fences to the exit. I changed that and it's better !

@Julow I saw too there's is here an other french people ! Yes the foliage is very dense in Le Pal, here we prefere the greenery to the concrete ! And I didn't know there are custom spinning trains here I go see that, normaly it's not mouses here !

@Jappy The bamboo are just here, for the rest there  are a lot of other trees ( I already found some good custom trees to do that ). And here it's maybe too dense but it's a very invasive plant ! And I hesitated to post the screens now but it's always nice to have encouragement and advice step by step. I'm a beginner with custom objetcs !

Thanks all see you when it's finish !

Edit : I tried the new spinning coaster, and it's true there actually is some problems. I never use the console how can I fixed that ? I go see if there is here a tutorial for the console !

I think you can do better with the station. It's relying too much on wall objects right now, and if you break that habit now you'll be so much better for it.

@Shotguns? Thanks for this precious advice. It's true I was used to built in NCSO, but now it's different. I build the station again using little blocks in place of large wall / fences and it's very better, cleaner and with less clipping. I begin to know all the objects better and I can build quickly now.

I learned to use the console too, then I finally understood how have motionless staff ! I had fun to play with this, now my friends and me were in my park ! Thanks to Star Wars Park or Riverland ( one of my favourite park here <3 ) to give me inspiration !

  • Description

Le Twist is a very funy spinning coaster by Mack Rides built in Le Pal ( a family park in the center of France, close to my home ) in 2011.

It's the first time I use custom objects then it take me quite some time to do this. I still have to do the supports, finish foliage and add some scenerys but I begin to be satisfed.
