Looks nice. I'm not sure I like those path textures. The wall between the path and the water seems to have more detail in real life, yours is just flat and white. I couldn't find a top down view in my 2 second google search but maybe you can add some detail to the roof. Like H-vac or ac units or something, just to break up the black.

    Mattk48 said well.

Nice first project you're showing. Very reminiscent of Highball.

I'd avoid stark sharp lines like the diagonal you have in the bottom right. Looks too much like it was done with a knife. I'd try to be more organic: more irregularities, more small land tile variation, wilder shrub work, etc.

cool stuff here, I like the scale of that big tower on the left, and that waterfront with the foliage on the right is a really nice scene. i'd echo posix's comments and try to roughen things up to ease up on the clinical presentation.

also a tip you may find helpful: you can connect the paths that are separated by walls, like the arches, by using tile inspector on the path and connecting the quadrants. it'll open up the paths to give them a more free-flowing feel.
