Great atmosphere. Zooming in I see some issues with glitching, with the supports and bridge fences especially. I also don't like how the end of the queue has three different fences and fence colours. Foliage and landscaping is top notch.

Edit: I think in general with an open station like that it needs some more detailing on the inside.

Glitching supports is one of those things that TI does not let me fix sadly.

That's nice. I like that for once there's a timid but still clearer artistic statement in your work. For me that's what's keeping it from 85%.

    Props for gridlines btw.

Still think the station is holding this back a lot. But the rest does have some good atmosphere and it's a fun moment of interaction that elevates the area.

Not sure if you're really going for heavy detail in the park but I do think some of the ride infrastructure is maybe a little lacking.

press "7" before taking a screen next time, but yeah, great atmosphere, especially the foliage.

This coaster is amazing, I'd even say it's the best coaster you ever made. Foliage and landscaping spot on. I do agree that the station needs some more love.

The station feels really understated for how well themed the rest of the area is.  Without context I can't say for sure it *needs* to be spruced up, but I don't think it would hurt.

    Everything else is absolutely lovely!

My kinda theme Jappy, great work bud! Lovely interaction going on here, the colors and foliage mix is fantastic,

    Possible tweaks:

[1] I agree maybe kicking up the station a notch.

[2] I feel like some of the open spaces are almost too clean, maybe tossing in the odd rock/grass object here and there a bit more (but then again I don't really do manicured foliage so I have a different concept than others would)

[3] The upper left path could use something, like planters or stall/kiosk, but I see as it continues off the screen that the path is still WIP, so I figure you weren't done with it yet anyway.

    I'm with the station folks

Sounds silly, but some of the Namibia parks in the GT had some nice archy and stations you can revisit. I agree that it seems to hold back the entire area sadly

Nice work. Relaxed atmosphere. As mentioned before, the station could use some love. Also, isn't there a diagonal version of that jungle fence on the bridge? Would look so much better imo. Edit: I see It's a glitching issue now. My bad. Didn't see it right away. Isn't there a raised woodplank quarter diagonal version?

Can be made in a minute though.

Regarding the station, seeing how the rest of the area will be dominated by traditional African archy, I wanted something more understated to contrast this. What would you guys suggest to do with it then?
  • Faas%s's Photo
Qhat about traditional African archy if that is what the area will have? Maybe even a watch tower attached to it would be good.
It just doesn't really make sense that a park will spend so much on landscaping and surrounding theming and then go for a simple station like this. As if the budget ran out :p.

Edit: what I did here with the station of my Namibia GT entry is a good example of how a simple station can still be adequately fitting thematically:

Just creating some points of interest would go a long way, maybe a tower, a themed facade, some sort of interesting design so its not just a simple rectangle with a pointed roof.

Agree about the station, it can be a much more interesting shape than just a box. Maybe some kind of wildlife/safari outpost style? A tower of some kind would definitely help.

Other than that I like it, nice landscaping and colours.
  • FredD%s's Photo

Yeah you could do a little tower on the left side that interacts with the coasters airtime hill there!

    Very fun, much like.
