Description
In 1984, the park was expanded with a steam train, Europa Park Rail. Visitors who have difficulty exploring the enormous park on foot can now use the train. In the France themed area, a huge station building was constructed that also serves as a train depot. On the left, you can see a glimpse of the miniature land of France. Various important buildings from European countries are depicted in miniature format throughout the park. Above the station building, we see the latest expansion of France, in 1985 Metropolitain (a haunted house) opened here, along with various shops and restaurants. On the right, you see the Fairytale Forest, which has been located in the park since 1951.
