Well, it's 2005, which means...

Now onto business matters... Week 2 of Head2Head!!



In what I have predicted to be the closest match of the week, we start off with what appears to be a powerhouse matchup that could be a playoff preview, even though we're just into the season! If week 1 was any indication, the Hurricanes and the MoLLesters may very well be the North Division playoff reps (though I'm sure the Vehemences would object to that statement). This is a LL vs RCT 2 matchup, though you might not guess it. The 'Canes come in with a bit of classicism in a park loaded with atmosphere, while the MoLL entry is loaded with what you'd expect from a fine LL work these days.

Our second matchup of the week pits two winless teams looking to alter the direction of their short season. While the Flying Germans were considered by many to be the least strong team of the league, the IIIcons were the favorites to threepeat as H2H champs until a series of unfortunate events reduce them to current Indiana Pacer level. Still, this matchup has the ability to be a surprise, as both teams come out with impressive entries featuring different but equally creative uses of RCT 2. The winner of this matchup evens up their record for the season, while the loser falls into a not-so-welcome early season hole.

Finally, we have in inter-divisional match between the undefeated Seal Clubbers and the once defeated Vehemences, looking to rebound with an LL park to go against the Clubbers' RCT 2 park. This could very well turn out to be another close matchup, just like the first, which remains tied at the time of this writing.
