General Chat / Rate the signature/avatar above

Basicly you have to rate the persons signature/avatar above from a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the highest.

Btw you can rate signatures that arn't pictures, even if it's only text, still rate it.

Anyways im not sure if this will work this well, but might aswell give it a try.
