I admit that I copied design of "NE". Well, i always wanted to make a website that is similar to NE. However, the area of the country is not as big as yours and there is no website that provides more specific information of RCT, which means there isn't many people who play RCT.

Most of data in my website are from 1 ~ 2 years when i first made 4None.

Haha. Well, to be honest, I'm not really angry about it. The whole thing's been quite amusing.

I will ask one thing in return for "using our layout." Could you put a link to this site, or some sort of credit so people know? Just a little note that says "inspired by American New Element" would be fine. Not gonna ask you to demolish the entire site, since there seems to be some nice content there. It's just that when you copy, at least give credit where it's due. That way people don't think that you were the original and we copied when it's really the other way around.

Heck, it's okay in academics to take a quote from a book as long as you cite it.
