I paid the $10 for the XP CD and the bastards never sent. after two weeks of talking to Indians telling me to create my own back-up disk from the hard drive (which contained the bundled software), I gave up and deleted what I could, and pirated what wasn't installed.
I have no problem with the computer. just their shitty tech support.
I find that Dell's support is awesome when you're talking to Americans, and pretty shitty when you're talking to Indians. -

^why I'm so glad that I have dutch support for them. Never had any problem with there support, but that I had to replace a graphicscard three times (although that was a card featuring a design error) and a motherboard. Atleast your computer is usually up and running within a day here. Although I'm not quite sure if my powersupply is gonna pull this system. They sent me the upgraded version of my previous card and that one uses up 23 watts more. Problem is that I already had 253 watts on a 250 watt supply..... Ah well I ordered a 450w one although I have to reorder because there delivering dates were screwed (not Dell btw). It was in the back-order which meant that they needed to receive it from the manufacturer... How the hell can they tell me that it could here within 5 days?!?!? Atleast other shops have it for roughly the same price though, so it shouldn't be a problem.
