Well, firstly make all of your frames using a graphics program, and save them as gif files (frame1.gif , frame2.gif etc). Then, go to www.downloads.com and download Microsoft GIF Animator® version 1.0. Using that program you can put the frames together, deciding on the length of each frame and whether you want it looped or not. Once you've got it how you like, save it as 'sig.gif' or something, and upload it/get someone to upload it for you. Then just bang the URL into your sig.
Hope that helped. -
