    Yes. That was why it was started. Honestly.

    At the time, Dan at Danimation was going haywire with the banhammer, and Iris decided to start a new site to showcase RCT, since it was dying at Danimation.

    The result was New Element, which has always featured the best of the best and will continue to. :)
