And Alexanders out for 2 weeks at least....no offense but I'm thinking you're gonna be taking losses the next 2 or 3 weeks, seeing as you don't have any other strong RB's and you've got a bye-death week coming up on week 5..

See, the problem with that statement is Alexander has only be mediocre this season. He's only got 187 yds and 2 TDs, which doesn't even put him in the top 50 RBs so far. That would tell me that I can probably win without him. I also think Morris makes for some decent insurance while Alexander is out.


And ekimmel. You're right, it is looking like you're gonna win baseball. That's the problem with baseball though. I was ranked #1 for like, 30+ weeks of the regular season and all it took to NOT get #1 overall was one crappy week. I think the playoffs matches should go much longer. Anyway, congrats on the victory if you get it!!

i still have a shot of winning right now it is 85.33 to 40.03 but I have Thomas Jones, Brian Westbrook, and Donte Stallworth left to play. Westbrook and Stall worth have averaged roughly 35 points a week with a week one performance of 40+ points. So mainly its on Thomas Jones to have a resonable performance and I could win knock on wood.

edit: holy shit jones has 19.7 so far and its only half way through the 3rd quarter.

westbrook has played every game this year even when he didnt practice during the week and he made every practice this week so that sounds good and as far as stallworth goes i cant decide whether to start him or jennings

Well, assuming Ahman Green doesnt have a 3 td 200 yard game with McNabb having a poor game, I lost yet again. The fantasy gods seem to hate me. I have Bledsoe, he throws for 2td; both to my opponents receiver. I have Dillon, he gets a td and decent yardage; but Maroney, whos on my opponents team, gets more carries and gets 2 td and a shitload of yardage. And Betts didn't do shit....I kinda expected that though. Oh well, quite frankly Ekimmel just ahd a nice week and deserved the win. Hopefullly I can get a win streak going now that I'm mostly done playing the strongest teams for a while.

It's all about drafting, eman. And always play your WR that are on the same team as your opponents QB. Always.

ekimmel i cant wait for our matchup next week, i think its gonna be who can start a sleeper to gain the win. god im dreading week 7, gonna have to shake up my team to just get enough starters to play that week

Sweetness. The misery continues with Green being out, meaning I couldn't even hope for a miracle. Really though, I'm looking forward to the next few weeks. Hopefully I can get some high scoring weeks to get me up near the tope of the leaderboard, I'll just have to hope for the best.
