I agree there, sammy and louis seem to be the worst offenders for doing that aswell.

I've only done it twice, once in a park that I havent advertised for months and months and once in WDS. And Sammy has only done it in like 2 screens.

^Nah he did it in his design too.

I love the ride Ripsaw, but where does the queue go? as a guest I can see being easily confused about where to enter.

Pure experimentation, because I'm wondering if i could pull off my new concept. Basically, the park would be called "East". 'nuff said.

@turbin: I would use different columns but these are the only centered 1/4 tile ones I have on this bench.

Coaster layouts come with practice, but to start out...
    - look at pictures of real layouts
    - look at pictures of coasters
    - ride real coasters
    - look at roller coaster POV's on Youtube.

What Ive found highly useful is wikipedia, if you go to a park page there is a thing in the top right corner that has the coordinates, click that link and when the new page loads click the birds eye view for Bing maps.

So this is a portion of my first-ever custom flat, built a few weeks ago. Any suggestions? Oh, and I just noticed that there's bushes in the small building, and those have been removed... Sorry!

The bar across the middle is too thin, but I do really like this.
