Mine was 2.94, but I just got back my grades and got a C and two A's, so this semester I had a 3.33 that I guess will pull me up over a 3.0 :birthday:

    So what about you guys?
  • disneylhand%s's Photo
Well, I'm still in Jr. High and our grading system is a bit flawed, but last semester I got a 4.0.

4.7 rounding out my junior year.

You guys must have something different than what I'm use to. Mine only goes to 4.0. I'm at 2.32, atm. Switched majors, though, we'll see at the end of the semester what I'm worth.

    ^ In high school

    Regular Courses = 4.0 (A)
    Honors Courses = 5.0 (A)
    AP Courses = 6.0 (A)
  • Geoff%s's Photo
^Holy hell. Our honors course aren't weighted. Just APs which equal 5.0 (A).
  • tracidEdge%s's Photo
okay so i have a b, c, and an f. the c and f are my ap classes.

    i wonder what mine is!
  • Jellybones%s's Photo
Actually I just got a final grade and mine went up to 6.8, looks like I'm still winning.

JESUS. who the hell weights honors courses... that's just sick. admittedly probablya good idea, but when i can get B's in AP courses and still have a gpa of a record high for this year (pi) it's a little disgusting to see someone with a gpa of 5 or more. do colleges accept that shit?
  • ACEfanatic02%s's Photo
    2 point something.

Mostly because I don't give a shit about school. As long as I pass.

AP classes on 5.00 scale, and I have yet to complete several.

Hmm, maybe they stop the numbers here in Texas for AP courses at 4.00 cause they know no one will get above that. Meh, oh well. Don't remember my high school number. Bit under 3, I think.

Canadian post secondary institutions do not calculate GPA based on 4.0 as a maximum. It's just the average (based on credits) of all one's classes. My cumulative grade point average for the past 5 terms is 87%. Based on my research this works out to about 3.90. The very first term was a little rocky, but last term I finished with 94% which I think is 4.0.

Less than 1! Yay for skipping out on classes to work!

Seriously though, this is just a big pissing contest and is kind of embarrassing to watch. But whatever floats your boat guys!

Wonder how many people are lying.
  • Corkscrewed%s's Photo
lol, I've never heard of a weighted system with a base 6. That's a little over the top.

Anyway, I've always used my unweighted GPA, since that compares more evenly (not everyone can take AP classes).

High School was around 3.85. College is 3.886, according to my USC report thingamajig.
