Really? I thought he did, or am I thinking of someone else? I thought because he did that double-pluck thing (dunno what it's called) it'd be fretless (I think, haven't played guitar for a while now).

'Double Pluck', sounds like hybrid picking to me, but that would have nothing to do with needing a fretless. Neither would two handed tapping. Anyway, I'm buying swap magic for the PS2, using the slidecard and doing it that way (although the fliptop looks so much cooler).

Fretless guitar is simply, fretless guitar. Not many musicians in todays popular music play it. Fretless bass is far more common.
