Well People Who Upload parks dont let people in how do i make them come in?

there are no people here that upload parks
if you want you can submit them to the site, and if they are good enough they will be placed on the site.

here is everything concerning submitting

What he means is that the parks that you download here are not peepable, most of the time they are closed. He wants to know how to open the parks to let the peeps in.

in most parks there is a reason why peeps cant come in ...
often if you do:

de own border land
own all land
open park

it will work

like I said there often is a good reason

if you at least give us a link of the park you are talking about and what version of rct2 you are talking about (I assume your talking about rct2) we can help you more.
cause most parks need diffrend approaces if you really want peeps in it.
in some parks it will be impossible for you to get peeps in it.

a lot of new parks don't even use paths- they use path scenery, which peeps can't use. they also don't use the real ride entrances either.
