I'd have to say that my favorite is Disneyland, because the themes are so immersive. The rides may be a little to boring now, but the atmosphere is still incredible. It's been about 6 years since I last went though.
Other parks I've been to include:
-Disney's California Adventure
-Knott's Berry Farm
-Holiday World & Splashin' Safari
-Dollywood
-Legoland California
-SeaWorld San Diego
-Adventure Dome in Las Vegas, NV
I'm still hoping to make it to King's Island next summer. Possibly Six Flags Over Texas next year as well, but I'm not entirely sure about that one. -

DisneySea.
No other park in the world has theming anywhere near the standard of it.

My top park would be Europa Park as it has excellent theming and atmosphere mixed with a large set of good, unusual coasters.
According to coastercounter.com, I've been to the following, with the ones in bold in my top ten (I've actually been to a few more, if you consider parks I don't remember too well because I was young, ie. Magic Kingdom, or parks that didn't have any coasters when I last visited, ie. Sea World San Diego, but either way they aren't going to make it):
ADVENTURE CITY
ADVENTUREDOME
ASTROLAND
BELMONT PARK
BOOMERS
BUFFALO BILL'S RESORT & CASINO
BUSCH GARDENS AFRICA
CALIFORNIAS GREAT AMERICA
CASTLE AMUSEMENT PARK
CASTLES N' COASTERS
DENO'S WONDER WHEEL AMUSEMENT PARK
DISNEYLAND
DISNEY'S CALIFORNIA ADVENTURE
DORNEY PARK & WILDWATER KINGDOM
EPCOT - It's hard for me to add it, what with their lack of any especially noteworthy rides, but it's still a great park.
EUROPA PARK
FRASIER'S FRONTIER - SBNO sadness
FUN FOREST AMUSEMENT PARK
FUNTOWN SPLASHTOWN U.S.A.
GARDALAND
GILROY GARDENS FAMILY THEME PARK - The most beautiful park I've been to.
HERSHEYPARK - Great coasters and atmosphere.
HOLIDAY WORLD - Excellent wooden coaster collection and nice atmosphere.
KENNYWOOD - Great atmosphere, good coasters.
KINGS ISLAND - Good all around.
KNOTT'S BERRY FARM
LAKE COMPOUNCE - Home to Boulderdash, which I usually list as my favorite coaster.
LAKE WINNEPESAUKAH
LEGOLAND CALIFORNIA - Best kids park (unless if you consider Disney parks).
LITTLE A-MERRICK-A
MIRABILANDIA
MT. OLYMPUS WATER & THEME PARK - Very nice wooden coaster collection, and the go-carts are a lot of fun.
MUNDO DIVERTIDO - The nearest park to me with more than one coaster, lol. I'm even still missing one for the count, but it's in Tijuana so it'll take more than that to get me back there.
NASCAR CAFE
NEW YORK, NEW YORK HOTEL & CASINO
NICKELODEON UNIVERSE
OAKS AMUSEMENT PARK
PACIFIC PARK
SANTA CRUZ BEACH BOARDWALK - Best beachside park I've been to.
SCANDIA AMUSEMENT PARK
SILVERWOOD THEME PARK
SIX FLAGS DISCOVERY KINGDOM - A very nice Six Flags, and Medusa and Roar are both great, but the layout of the park is kind of weird.
SIX FLAGS FIESTA TEXAS - The best atmosphere of the Six Flags parks I've been to.
SIX FLAGS GREAT AMERICA - Another very well rounded park, like KI.
SIX FLAGS MAGIC MOUNTAIN - The best coaster collection of any park I've been to. But otherwise, probably the worst of the Six Flags I've been to.
STRATOSPHERE TOWER
TIMBER FALLS ADVENTURE PARK
UNIVERSAL STUDIOS HOLLYWOOD
UNIVERSAL STUDIOS ISLANDS OF ADVENTURE - Basically the same reasons as Europa Park, except that they don't have as much stuff.

Six Flags Over Georgia.
Sure it's not Disney, Universal, Busch, or anything like that, but I love this park. It's my favorite place to be, and I'm always wanting to go. I've always wanted to work there, and I still plan on doing so...
It doesn't have the greatest coaster line up ever, but it sure has an impressive one. A flyer, invert, an excellent stand-up, a terrain schwarz. and a nearly 10/10 hyper. Not the world's greatest theming, but some of SF's best and one of their most scenic parks.
It inspires much of my rct work, and I still plan on making a recreation, one day that is. -

I really don't go to many theme parks at all, sadly, and most of you will probably not be impressed:
-Canada's Wonderland (CF, used to be paramount)
-Cedar Point
-Disney's Animal Kingdom
-Disney's MGM/Hollywood Studios
-EPCOT
-Fantasy Island (Martin's Fantasy Island?)
-Islands of Adventure
-Magic Kingdom
-MarineLand (my home park)
-SeaWorld Orlando
-Six Flags Darien Lake (well, it USED to be SF)
-Universal Studios Florida
I think that's it. Actually, that's more than I thought at first. Good for me. Guess where my family goes vacationing all the time?
Anyways, needless to say, CP is the highlight of those, but I do like EPCOT, a lot.
I'd like to visit Buch Gardens Europe (I'm probably going to Virigina next year so I'll go there and hopefully to KI too) and most of the other "big time" parks. -

How the hell do you do it? I just gotta know. Where do you find the time to go to all these parks? -

Pretty good. I'm a sucker for inverts as it is (Talon used to be in my #1 spot), so it's definitely in my top ten, as it's the best invert I've been on. However, I only got a couple rides on it, so I didn't get a really good feel for it. I was only at the park for a few hours. The theming around it was pretty impressive. To get into its mini area you have to climb over some grass covered, Mayan style ruins. The landscaping around it was nice too. Not sure what's up with these Italian parks and their stargates though.Jealous.
How was Katun?
Landscaping and stargate:
Looking up at the ruins you climb over (the big steps on the other side were grassy, IIRC):
The station:
The mosaic loading platform in the station, perhaps a nod to nearby Ravenna (where we spent most of the day):
You just fit them in between other stuff. Most of them are small parks, which are easy enough because they only take a couple hours.Where do you find the time to go to all these parks?

In order from first to last, pasted from my CC Excel Sheet. The ones in the middle can go up and down pretty easily. The Efteling is my favourite park by far. The Anton Pieck theme they used to have is amazing. The new stuff sucks, but the remains of the old era are awesome.
Alton Towers is my second favourite park.
Other big parks I've been to are Parque Warner Madrid, Parque de Attraciones de Madrid, Tivoli Gardens, Walibi World and Phantasialand. -

Waterworld is my home park and is definitely one of my top 10 parks. They have the classics (like the old body slides and innertube rapids rides), the modern slides (bowls, 8 lane mat racer, and massive dropdown speed slides), and the unique one of a kind rides (underground rafting rides with Universal/Disney-quality themeing and Screamin' Mimi - I don't know how to describe it, but here's a picture of it).Whats your favorit theme/amusment/water park you ever been to?

You basically ride a sled with wheels down this track like a roller coaster, then glide across the pool until you slow down enough to sink.
Waterworld definitely compensates for Colorado's lack of a decent coaster collection.
Back on topic, my favorite amusement park is Cedar Point. Just visited it last summer for the first time! Rode all 18 coasters (that includes both Gemini tracks and the 2 kiddie coasters) on the first day even with park being shut down for a while due to rain. Maverick is my #1 steel coaster. They also have a good collection of non-coasters (Thunder Canyon, Snake River Falls, Maxair, Soak City). -
