1984 proves to be an exhilarating tenth season at Charleston Gardens Amusement Park with the addition of Vulture, a steel suspended swinging monster of a roller coaster. Standing 120 feet over the park, Vulture will take its spot as one of the most frightening rides at the park. The ride will contain speeds of over 55 mph and will be one of the longest rides at Charleston Gardens Amusement Park. A product of Arrow, a renowned roller coaster company known for solid attractions, Vulture will surely hold a spot on guests' "must ride" lists. Vulture will open for the park's tenth season this Spring.

Cd5 I love it! I feel it really fits in with the rest of the park!!

Seems kinda short, but great nevertheless. Can we get a pov?
  • coasterdude5%s's Photo
Thanks guys! @Alpengeistfan1, I felt a smaller layout fit the size of this park better.

This one of the few RCT3 threads I enjoy to follow as you really add to the realism of the park and the pictures are stunning. Well done!

Small park, small Arrow, small train capacity, fucking brilliant. And I love how you're stressing the homemade lake being dug out. Only concern is the main drop leading into two opposite turns right away. I can't see any height variation from the over view, but I hope there is.

    Good job man, looks fablous.

The drop is actually a "double drop", the train pops up before making that twisted plunge towards the water.

Beautiful! Love it, as always CD5 :)

Any chance of a shot of the layout from the side to show the turn after the drop, please?

    10th Season

This is our tenth season of operation! That is very hard to believe! I think this season will be the best ever!

Damn... That's all I can say, really. That is one fantastic update. And fraroc finally got what he wanted. I'm sure he's one happy camper.

Can we get some up-close station shots? I'd really like to see it in more detail.
  • Alpengeistfan1%s's Photo
Was does that station say "Big Ham" on it?
  • JDP%s's Photo
^I'm pretty sure that it's an entirely different building and probably a stand.

  • coasterdude5%s's Photo
^ Correct - it's a small food stand next to the station. I saw that sign in a CS set and thought it was funny.
  • JDP%s's Photo
    nah, yeah it works good

The suspended is a perfect fit for CG. Love the layout. For some strange reason, I absolutely love suspended coasters. Can't wait to visit!

Wooooow, looks great its starting to compete with your Hawaiian Escape...i like everything youve done so far, this and Hawaii, and i HATE RCT3. This park, when finished (if ever cuz its a timeline) should be the first to grab an NE award.
  • JJ%s's Photo
    ^ RCT3 isn't accepted on NE :(

I just can't get over how everytime I look at this topic there is a new update lol.
