Well of course I know about IE Tab, I do have it :p. But what I mean is stuff that automatically opens in IE, when you can't change the settings >_>.

I know this is an old topic, and a huge bump, but I just started using Firefox 3.5 recently, and I like it. Much cleaner than IE7.

The main reason I switched from IE to Firefox is because pages look sooo much better in Firefox. Also, Firefox has fewer CSS quirks than IE. As far as I know, Firefox displays everything as it was meant to be displayed. Another reason why I prefer Firefox is because of the bugs that IE has. For example:

In order for a page to be HTML 4.01 Strict, images require an "alt" attribute. With IE, the "alt" attribute is displayed when you hover over an image. The "alt" attribute should only be displayed as a fail-safe when the image fails to load. It's a bug that I particularly don't enjoy, being that the "alt" attribute is required, and I haven't been able to find a way around it. (If anyone knows a way, please let me know.) Firefox does not have this bug.
