The NE Awards 2009 voting is now underway so it's time to announce the ceremony details. This topic is to let you know about all organizational matters concerning the awards event. When it will happen, how you can be a part of it, what to expect, etc. And if you haven't yet cast your vote, please do so by clicking here.

Award Voting is now taking place here. This years voting follows the same procedures as last years, however there has been a change in award categories to make the awards cater better to 2009.

Ceremony Schedule

• Date: Sunday, March 7th, 2010
• Time: 11:30AM PST / 1:30PM CST / 2:30PM EST / 7:30PM GMT / 8:30PM CET
• Estimated Duration: 2 hours
• Location: NE IRC Chat (the site will redirect to the chat during the awards)

We hope to meet all of you in the chat and have a good time together! It would be nice if you can reply whether you will make it or not.

i'll be in orlando with my girlfriend and her family this weekend, so i wont have internet access.

on the bright side, we're hitting up epcot/animal kingdom all day sunday:]

um, i might be late, but oh well.

I have exams next week but I'll do everything I can to join.

Might be there... hopefully will be. Just got a busy week with regard to uni-project work which I need to get done. Should be able to spare a couple o' hours though!
