    What was it like in the Colosseum by the way? Did you feel a sense of its history just by being there.

    ^^, as for the collosei I've been to it actually does give a sense of it's history.
    It's cool to see where people would get hard for to go to about 2000 years ago.

    it does give you a sense of history yes. but even more a sense that the building really is a ruin :p.
