H2H6 / Time to Stir the Pot!

I had the idea a while back of turning h2h into a continuous pro circuit contest. Basically anyone starts a team and is given so many HoF points (or some kind of seperate points system) to give players as 'salaries'. Teams build a park every month for 8 months. Top 4 go to a 2 month playoff, then an off season after that. Teams with good seasons are given more to increase 'salaries'. This would give everyone a chance to be a part of a team contest and it would have less unfinished parks than h2h as teams can be big, plus with trades going on all the time you'd work with a ton of different players.
