Saw them in concert at an old decrepit theater here in town with A Last Hope and Scarswillfade. Best band from this town, and what's cool is I had wind ensemble and marching band with 2 of their members, and my band shall soon open for them. That'll be a little wierd though, they're hardcore/emo and christian, whereas we're a secular but lot softer sounding group than they are.

I'm in a very strange mood tonight. So, I was watching Antiques Roadshow tonight, and in between all the usual stuff were these little posters from San Fransisco in the late 1960's. Psychedleic stuff for The Dead, Hendrix, etc. Giant eyeballs, fuscia on tangerine, etc. You get the picture. Anyways, it reminded me of the me I was a few years back. Remember him? "SUN RA KICKS ASS!", "NO-WAVE FOREVER!", "HIP-HOP IS DA' BOMB!", "WOOT! HENDRIX! YEAH!", "RAMONES = AWESOME!". Okay, so I never said any of that, but I felt it! Anywho, so, being inspired, I was listening to "1 rainy wish" by, well, you better know, and now it's "Satellite of love".

What's next? Well, maybe Sun Ra, or James Chance, or... well... I just thought of something perfect: "Blacula!". Anywho...
