You can't really ask "what is it to you" when you're posting the images to a public forum that is specifically built around critique. Everyone that can be bothered is going to give you their opinions because that's what this place is about. 5dave's comparisons should show why it strikes us all as so odd. It's not really a play on words, you're just saying the same word twice. No one's making you change anything, though.

I like the naam, and I like the screens. Could use some more details, but you already know that.

Grow a thicker skin Disney Imagineer, trust me, i was like that also.
Use the constructive criticism and leave the rest for what it is... opinions will always vary.
    Just a tip. ;)

Yeah, I'm sorry to say it, but you're definitely setting yourself up for disaster with posts like these. NE used to rip people to shreds for making comments like you've done, especially when they're still pretty new to the site and their work doesn't quite match up with some of the longtime regulars.

Criticism sucks, and if your work sucks then it really sucks. Just take it out it is, deal with it, and decide for yourself whether you want to use it. There's no reason to jump all over people just because their opinion came off as an insult to you.

Wow. Now I know what I sounded like a few years ago. Stop being so damn defensive and actually listen to comments and criticism. It helps trust me.

Just keep building dude. I learned a long time ago to build for myself and do what makes ME happy, not others. And its done wonders for me!

You're on the right track buddy:]

I love the graphic work as well. Really ties it all together for a great advertisement. I wish others took as much care as you when it comes to this sort of stuff.
Maybe soon you could join us as a logo artist;]

Personally, I think what you've shown is pretty decent. It's giving off some RCTNW vibes, which I suppose is a good thing. I'll admit that a super clean style like this is really not my cup of tea, but I can't deny that it does look good, even if it doesn't create the strongest atmosphere. I guess my main critique to you, and I apologize in advance that this is a bit of a generalization, is that you need to have more of an overall concept of what you're building. I'm glad you realize that each building is meant to have a purpose other than just being a building, and judging from your screens, it looks like you're making pretty good strides in remedying that problem. However, I'm gonna take it one step further and say that not only do the buildings need to have a purpose, but the overall composition of what you're showing us needs to have a purpose. In the screens you have shown, everything has looked technically "good," but I don't really know what I'm looking at. Are all those screens of the same part of the park? Are they different areas? Is this all the park entrance? The fact that I can't tell worries me a bit. Also, without much of an overall defining theme, I think you'll find it hard to transition into other areas of your park. Where are you really going to go from here? You've got a lot of similar-looking buildings and some nice gardens. The transition from this into any sort of themed area, really, is going to be a nightmare. And I fear that when you reach that point, your interest in the park may die a bit. I hope that isn't the case, though.

And for the record, the name isn't necessarily bad by any means. I actually quite like it. That being said, it's not exactly the clever play on words that you make it out to be, and it wouldn't be the end of the world if you ever decided to change it.

The name is awesome. Corny as fuck, but aren't all amusementpark names really very corny? This one just kind of dispells the myth.

I like what I see here. Certainly seems a little empty at the moment, and the scale is a bit off, otherwise looks good.

    Also, diggin' the logo.
