All Modest Mouse album names are great, the evidence:

This is a Long Drive for Someone with Nothing to Think About
    The Lonesome Crowded West
    The Moon & Antarctica
We Were Dead Before the Ship Even Sank
Everywhere and His Nasty Parlour Tricks
No One's First and You're Next
    Building Nothing out of Something

Pink Floyd has some good ones:

    A Momentary Lapse in Reason
The Dark Side of the Moon
The Piper at the Gates of Dawn
    Atom Heart Mother
    and my personal favorite:

But the award for most original has to go to Deadmau5, with titles such as:

    Random Album Title
For Lack of a Better Name

Oh yeah... that's right. By the way you stole mine. I too said Oracular Spectacular. Greedy pig. Oh wait... I'm just kidding. I knew more people were gonna say. It's an excellent name and album.

I think there's a bias here toward great albums, rather than great album names but maybe that's just me.

That being said I can agree that:
    Random Access Memories
    Silent Alarm
    Definitely Maybe
    Nevermind
No Talking, Just Head (recorded by "The Heads", aka the Talking Heads without David Byrne. I know nothing of it's musical quality, but it's a quality title)
Californication Not sure why you guys like the other RHCP titles so much, considering that this one is definitely their strongest TITLE, if not necessarily their best record.
The Bends Given the context of Radiohead's rapid rise to fame and probable "one hit wonder" fate at the time; very fitting.

Megadeath had a pretty good run name-wiae:
Killing Is My Business... and Business Is good!
    Peace Sells... but Who's Buying?
    Rust in Peace

Slayer is the only other of the big four with a similarly good album title to their credit:
    Reign In Blood

Screaming For Vengeance - Judas Priest
Piece of Mind - Iron Maiden
    Leftoverture - Kansas
Point of No Return - Kansas
Live: You Get What You Play For - REO Speedwagon
You Can Tune a Piano, but You Can't Tuna Fish - REO Speedwagon

Lots of stuff I'm sure I've forgotten... But remember that the NAME is the criteria, not the music. Jeez!

It's a triple entendre. That's a whole extra layer of clever!

Most of my other favorites have already been mentioned (Pink Floyd had some good ones). For Muse, I really liked Black Holes and Revelations, but then The 2nd Law killed it for me, super lame.
