Theme Park Discussion / Disney's internal management

I hope this is the right subforum, but I need some of you guys's help.

For a school assignment we have to delve into a company and describe how they put their brand forward through their internal management. My classmates and I chose disneyland, because you can find a lot about it on the internet and we've all been there at least once.

Now I have some questions to people that worked/applied at any Disney park, because they also ask about those such things.

Conversational questions:

When you talk to managerial staff;

How do they address you? Are they only talking business or do they talk with jokes and anecdotes?

Policies and activities:

Does the company reward special activities or work postures?

Is working for Disney strictly about business or are there also out-of-work activities/programs involved?

I hope someone can help me, as I know quite a few of you have worked at a Disney park.
