i saw this on my local news station bctv on global this morning. when i saw that i laughed because theve been around for along time and like no one suide them. i think they should stay.

Imagine getting carded every time you buy Oreos. I'm glad there are a lot of things that are legal in Nevada that aren't anywhere else. Imagine trying to pass a law to ban oreos, thats just a moronic idea in itself. It'd almost be like trying to outlaw breathing.

Interesting thought, banned to kids, would that mean getting IDed in order to buy a pack of oreos? Have a we card program for oreos, now thats scary.

Oreo cookies should be banned from sale to children in California, according to a lawsuit filed by a San Francisco attorney who claims that trans fat -- the stuff that makes the chocolate cookies crisp and their filling creamy -- is so dangerous children shouldn't eat it.
