Can anyone explain how to set up a multiplayer server in normal English?

In short, you have to open the port you intend to use (default is 11753) in your router. After that, it's as simple as clicking the proper buttons in game. However, that is to run a normal server. A dedicated server requires additional steps that I've yet to have success with.

If you like, I can spend the time to put that into a more detailed format. Also, the servers aren't perfect yet. I had sync issues over a LAN network, so there's no telling how they may be between continents etc.
