    Yeah, I'm not sure of this falls under black hole, but how do I get rid of it?

    Restore clearances with 8cars 1.302.  If that doesn't work there isn't a fix, don't worry about it though, happens with every park now.

    You could try to raise invisible support blockers above the glitches. I had the same kind of glitch in two of my coasters, and invisible support blockers fixed it. Not sure it will work in your case, but it could be worth the try.
