Music Forum / What bands have you seen live?

I have been unable to see any bands, as most of the ones I enjoy can only find gigs at small clubs. Sadly, 'All Ages' shows are a rare occurance.

Seeing as I do not have a car, there is another problem: transportation.

My mother must take me, and she hates driving at night (particularly in the Downtown areas in which the clubs are located).

We were however going to see a Rainer Maria/ Mates Of State/ Saturday Looks Good To Me show in Orlando, but that became phsyically impossible.

    Why?

Because my mother blew a tire. Fate doesn't love me... :(

I usually drag my mom to that kind of thing.

...which means she gets to go to Radiohead with me! Woooo!

But my Mum really would NOT enjoy it.

I'd rather go with my sister, but she's always in France or something...

My mom's cool. I've converted her to pop-rock. Counting Crows, John Mayer, Jack Johnson, Ben Harper...that kind of shizznazz. Or something. Yeah, it's pop, but shit, she's better than the other single moms I've met.

My cousin converted my sister to Ben Harper worshipping, but his voice just TOTALLY pisses me off. Seriously, it's like he's eaten a cheese grater.

All my friends like metal or nickelback or stuff like that...

Anyways, I'm hoping to go see O.A.R. as a supporting act for some bands I don't like, then leave. Seeing as O.A.R. is the only band of the three I want to see (I forget the other 2).

Never have lists been so fascinating.
Hurry up, Kai. Even Iris works faster than you do.

Speaking of which. Iris' list sucks.
