Ask the Experts / Do you draw your park on paper before building it?

really usually i do one and only one time that i go in and do extensive drawings.

for contest's like my Air Force Experience Russa Vs. America that i did for Legends, i did extensive drawings, i usually end with 4 diffrent layouts put them in RCT which ever fails i clip out of their.

when I got the idea of doing Nightmare Before Christmas for Blockbuster, I got 2 layouts in, so far i am paused in my ideas for it. cause i need to make it amazing or atleast get an honorable mention, i really want you guys to see what i got. I do drawings and still i do

at this moment I'm doing drawings for a new park.. an extensive layout of the coaster. but first I'm doing a list of idea, the areas, the theme's, this park will for the first time ignore real-world movie or popular theme's. and a list of coasters are in the making. hopefully if Iris opens up again i'll send it into Spotlight. but until than, and if he lasts longer than i can stand i'll send it in to u guys. or just finally split from this site for good.

I tried once, but then the park ended up looking nothing like what I had drawn.

Its really a waste of time.

Wow, I had no idea so many people actually [I]drew[I] their parks on paper. I didnt really think [I]anyone[I] did. Hmmm... very weird IMO, but whatever works for you. I plan parks in my head, or just start building without any idea of what I'm going to do. I suck BAD at drawing so I guess its no wonder the idea never popped into my head.

I drew the layout for Rootwater Thief in Tioman Island on paper in a boring lesson once....turned out nice.

Ummm, I looked it up and it said "requiring special treatment; fussy" or something like that. Its really actually meaningless in my case. I just like the way it sounds with "Platypus". So if you want just ignore persnickety, but be sure to remember that I AM THE PLATYPUS.

Those stupid tags, I thought they closed themselves. Oh well.
