n00b question.

How do you save a picture of your desktop exactly as it is into whatever program?
In other words, besides the hosting, how do you do this?

Now all I need is a really good icon changer program.
Any ideas for that?

Paste into paint.

Save as JPEG.

Upload.

Post.

It's called shutter speed. So yeah, it's a real picture.

I dont know if its been explained before, but how or what program changes the start/toolbars appearance? I just need to know in simple terms, like the one above, but for this subject instead, please?!
