How do I use a skin once I've downloaded it?

Hobbes just install the patch.
Download the style.
Extract it.
Open the extracted folder.
Double click the icon that has like a paint brush on it and it should open the 'Display Properties'
Hit apply button on display properties window.
Your finished.

What opens a .wba file?
