(Archive) Advertising District / Phantasia Theme Park & Resort

Incrediable, this is way better than TA because it looks so well put together, sure TA was good but alot of it seemed random, it looked like not alot of thought was put in to it even though I'm sure some was.
This park seems like alot of thought, planning and work has gone into it and actully looks alot like a real disney park.

I look forward to more screens and the long way away august release.

This park will definitely be d/l worthy....can't wait for the release Meretrix. I think its cool that you are not showing any more screens till the park release, that builds more anticipation (as it there isn't enuf already ) meaning more people will d/l it. - TGIF!!

I really love everything.
I'm especially fond of how you've built the park, it looks like a construction site.
Very cool indeed.

All of the screens truly look fantastic.
My only criticism would be about the use of the spooky and Cedar of Lebanon trees.
I despise them with a passion.
But, I have no idea how you'd pull off a spooky atmosphere without.
So, I suppose using them is the only way to go.

Nevertheless, I'm awaiting in anticipation for its release.
Who knows, maybe I'll even have something to release around that same time...

Well, at first glance, it looks kinda messy, and looks like it was just thrown together.

But after I looked more into, it totally resembles the Nightmare Before Christmas. The rooves and towers really add to the affect here, and it's looking awesome. The vines and shutters just add to all the detail as well.

Great work here Meretrix. It's lookin' snazzy.

I know I stated in another thread that TA was random (well, to me) but now I see that this park loooks way better. I especially love the dark area since we still haven't seena villian area in any disney park and I think it looks fab! And what is that mountain near the NBC area? Is it going to be the small mountain from the movie? And again, great job!

I'll release the saved game file of this park later next week in its' current state.


I am done with the game. I have too many other things to focus on (see my "coatroom exit")

If someone will host it, I'll send Phantasia over. I'm in the process of removing RCT from my system and will delete the park on Monday if I haven't gotten a taker on this.

Then once you download it John, you can finish it. In fact, everyone could finish it in their own style. It could be a new contest to see who can finish Phantasia first. Or best. Or whatever.

I will warn anyone who downloads it though, there is a LOT of new scenery, so be prepared. You won't be able to add to or change the scenery stuff (I can't scroll down the advanced tab for scenery in this park).
