(Archive) Advertising District / Great Germany Resort

I think this park reflects a quite interesting style of park making that shows definite potential. However, I feel there are some problems with color choices, certain object selection & lack of hieght variation, which is something that time & practice will fix. Some of the architecture is a bit random and does not flow from ride to ride, but certainly a solid start in the RCT world....

sorry, i did'nt know that you flame user which can't build like the NE Parks. Not everybody can be so good, and SORRY that i have fun with RCT 2 and want that you can have my fun too. I think its very ....

the part spain you cant see on one picture and i already built ONE house in the spain part, thats not a reason for saying its ready.

I have to agree with some other people on this one, these screens just do not resemble Spain in the slightest, in fact, they don't even come close to any refined theme that I can think of....now dont' hear me wrong, you have solid building skills, and its good to know you are having fun with the game, but I would try thinking about how a REAL Spanish theme would look instead of just building as you go. "Building on the fly" will kill a theme, selecting objects just for the sake of using that object to fill a space will also do nothing good to themed area.....anyway, enuf of my 2.5 cents....keep trying, dont give up, keep having fun......

i also dont think this park looks like a spanish sort of theme,

but the last screen isnt to bad, though i hate the blue and black TT work for some reason. and the thachted roof behind the TT work deffinelty doesnt fit.
the red it a little to strong maybe have it the lighter type.
and the tree with the grey stump doesnt fit in,
but otherwise its not to bad.

About the screenshots.......... Make them smaller...... 1024 pixels wide is too big for us 56kers.

About the wooden coaster...... Where is the racing part of the 'racer?'

I like it. Sure it might not look exactly like Spain, but there is such a thing as artistic license so don't let that stop you from using what you've got. I think it looks cool no matter what it's called.

Dragonfly, I'm afraid you missed the bandwagon. That ship has already sailed.

The coaster would look better if the towers were equal height and the supports were more "unified". Sorry if that doesn't make any sense.

The Coaster isn't themed completely, but almost. I am surprised how good i can theme, i think its the best i have ever built

Sorry for my being rude, but my life is very stressful. And anyone who calls me a dick or a fucking asshole is saying that they're a dick or an asshole. In fact, it looks good right now, but maybe all of us shouldn't go so hard on some people. That's one of the main reasons why I don't exactly like this forum. Don't any of you remember when you were new here? If you specifically remember being flamed and criticized, then you can flame and critize me all you want. If you don't then shut the fuck up.

Anyway, Joju, if you're having fun with this park, don't listen to anyone at this site (including me). I would suggest posting somewhere else like rct2.com or ThrillNetwork to get a little more positive feedback and to stay on topic.
