its like I'm listening to somebody use big words that they don't know the meaning of just to sound smart.

Actually, it's not like that at all.
Anyway, Fatha' it looks wonderful of course.

Only thing I'm not sure about is the brown B&M.
    Seems to monotonous for you.

Of course the Mulan area looks fantastic.

Oh the irony! The guy who included the codec and the viewing inscructions can't run the video! God this sucks. Anyways, I love video ads, they are much more intresting. However, the reason I made a video was to draw a lot of attention towards my park, but you don't need that, I mean, you get that no matter what you post. Once (if) I get the video working, I'll make a comment. Having heard the music, I can't say it's very Disney like, but I can say it is still good music :)

I did install the codec.... and it still doen't works.

I think I know what the problem is. You need a codec called "Windows Media Video 9 Screen". This comes with Windows XP, or Windows Media player 9 which only works with XP. So..you need XP to run the file, that is what I've come up with.

Btw, tyandor, that first comment was not direct at you. I can't play the video either.

Good call, natelox! Both the systems I had tried it on are Win2K. I downloaded the codec you mentioned and it worked.

All the good things about it have been said, so there's no need really to reiterate. What I would like to comment on is the floorless. If you are dedicated to making the floorless to a certain level of realism as to having it include a mid-course block brake run, then I suggest learning how it works before putting them on a cosater. For the mid course run, anything after it cannot be higher than it, for the train must be able to complete the course after the mcbr with no previous speed in case the train before it didn't complete its block. Therefore that loop around the mcbr would never happen on an actual B&M unless they put lims or some other type of booster on the track. The other way around however, loop and then 270 degree turn into the mcbr, would be fine and has been done in real life on Hulk (not exactly, but that's the gist of it). There is also no purpose of having an mcbr if only two trains are apart of the ride. I don't know for sure if you don't have three existing for this coaster, but in past coasters like Paladin and Creature which both had mcbr's, there were two trains. With rct not allowing more trains on a track than what could fit into the station, I suggest either just using a trainer to put three which would make sense for Disney because their loading times are very good and they dispatch trains faster than most parks, or put one or two of the trains on the storage tracks by the transfer track, which technically wouldn't be characteristic of Disney but a B&M in disney isn't really characteristic either.

Well, you make a valid point, but if I were to make an extremely realistic B&M, I would have to make sure the train crawls through most of the inversions, add custom supports, make the MCBR slow the trains to a crawl, and yada ya. That equals a boring Beemer in RCT. Since none of that is evident, im going for the fun factor, not the realsim factor. The ride does have three trains btw.

Also, most of my MBCR's dont even slow the train down, they are there for show.

I agree with you on the color situation, and it is likely to change.

Pure perfection. Great job Fatha', and it will certainly take #1 on my list when it's released.

    I think.

    lol.

    10/10 as you would say.

Damn, I don't have XP. Couldn't you please post some screens from the video for those (me) who can't see it?
  • posix%s's Photo
Maybe it works because I have Camtasia myself, but has someone tried installing the K-Lite Mega Codec Pack 1.00 yet?
Your OS has nothing to do with codec compability by the way.
  • Fatha'%s's Photo
Yea I dont think XP has anything to do with it. I think you may need Windows Media Player to view it, because thats what works for me.

The WMP that comes with Windows 2000 is missing one of the required codecs that comes with the the default XP WMP.
  • Janus%s's Photo
So what should I do? I have Windows 98...
  • Fatha'%s's Photo
Try and download the latest WMP I guess, maybe version 9 or something.
  • natelox%s's Photo
Windows Media Player 9, which is required to play this video, only works with Windows 98 SE, Windows ME, Windows 2000 and Windows XP. If you have any of those operating systems, the video will work if you get the latest version of Windows Media Player.
  • mantis%s's Photo
We only have Win98, so I guess that means no commercial for me. That sucks.

But the park is inspiring. Fatha' just keeps getting better and better, even when that shouldn't be possible.

This park will shake things up a LOT.
  • Fatha'%s's Photo
Even still mantis Win 98 should be able to play the vid... tough luck ???
  • Corkscrewed%s's Photo
I'm on 56K for a week, so I can't really d/l the file because it's probably huge (if not... tell me the file size). What song did he use?
  • mantis%s's Photo
It's like 3megs? And it's 'Days Gone By' by Dirty Vegas.

It only works with 98SE and above, and we only have 98 :( Shucks.
  • Janus%s's Photo
    ^Agreed.

    Screens, please? :(
  • Panoramical%s's Photo
