Well...
Its been almost 5 years since the Original RCT was released, so i thought we'd do a check in to find the oldest possible member of the community. Don't bother posting your details if you've been in the community just a year or so... we're going way, WAY back...
Please post these details about yourself.

Alrighty then...
Original Forum Name: I think it was something like Jimmyjoe_01 or something to do with my then email address.
Original Forum: RCT Station, back when it was at gametropic. Yes. Gametropic.
When i joined: Approximitely mid 2000, after i bought RCT from a school book order.
First Park Download: Some of those competition entries from rollercoastertycoon.com - i remember looking at em and thinking "wow"!
First "unofficial park download": A park from some random site. It was bult on the Evergreen Gardens work bench and was called "Theme Park World". The sheer enormity of It... I thought it was incredible!
How i found the community: I just used internet search engines and found sites. They gave me links to other sites, and i soon found what would be home, RCT Station. A large site hosted on a network called "gametropic". What an evolution that created to my gaming...
First Sites i browsed Reguarly: I often browsed RCT Extreme, RCT 2000 (or something), and of course the Station. I was found Danimation, but it wasn't much to my liking. If only i really knew what happened there...
Most Memorable Moment: I have a few actually;
1. Opening up Theme Park World. Having only downloaded mini competition entries before, this was the first megapark i would ever see. Naturally it blew me away.
2. When i opened Glasshouse Gardens. Once i firmly found my feet again at RCT Station after it moved to "ogres network" (having disappeared from the community for some time), the first thing i did was download "glasshouse gardens". Under my screen name "i c ded pplz". After reading all the hype for the whole 11 pages (yes 11!) i wasn't disappointed when i opened the park. It was full of color, and it simply astonished me. I didn't think parks could get any better. I was wrong.
3.When i downloaded Stratford Fair. Yes. The NE runner-up, the first chance i ever got to see of NE is when i downloaded ToonTowners Stratford Fair, an NE runner-up at the time. My favourite park at that point was still GG, but that was about to change. SF completly changed the way i looked at parks, it was so complex, so brilliant. It had all the makings of genius, and i'm STILL certain it deserved spotlight that round. But yes Toons work was another moment when the game held a new look for me.
4. When the Station Closed. Yes, you saw it coming. The stations closure was a horrible loss to me, having been associated for the best part of a year (plus other moments before) i was devestated. However, i had been registered at rct2.com for quite some time, and firmly made it my new home... Until once more i became interested in New Element...
5. When i was Banned from NE. Yes. Only this year i know, but it certainly was a moment i'll remember. Having been involved in a sort of "scuffle" with Iris over the banning of member Metal, i posted a chat log between myself and Iris. Of course Iris became upset and banned me, both my old screen name, and newer (and better) screenname, Lucifer. Only just recently have i been unbanned. And its something that i CERTAINLY don't wish to go through again.
Peace Iris
I guess i've just given you ALOT of information on myself, so now its your turn. Lets see if we can find the oldest member in this community.
Oh... Yes.... Anyone else aside from the peeps in RCTM remember Gazza otherwise known as "everyones favourite pothead"? -
iris Offline
Well I'm 99% sure it's Raven, but I'll post this anyway.
Original Forum Name: iris. I've always been iris except only for about a month or so after being banned from Danimation and coming back under various 'rebellious' names. "Makaveli" was one, in the 'coming back after death' sense, and "Marx" was the other name, as in 'leading the people to rise up'. But for the most part Iris has always been my calling card.
Original Forum: Danimation.
When I Joined: April 2000
First Park Download: "Faultline" by Lee
How I Found The Community: I had used search engines to find a RCT site for a while, and Danimation always popped up, but after I'd look at it I really didn't like the way it looked (didn't realize there were spotlights, etc.) so I always looked elsewhere. Eventually I just signed up and never stopped going back. Well, up until 2 years ago.
Most Memorable Moment: Definitely have a few.
1.Getting banned at Danimation. I posted some "Danimation Evolution" post as a moderator and they banned me permanently. No temporary thing, no de-modding, just kicked me off the site. That's when I really began to hate that fuckface Dan.
2.Opening day at New Element. Our opening day was a huge success. We opened the forums, we had possibly the best park ever created as our first Spotlight (Universal's Island Xtreme), five hidden parks to it, The List went up, every single part of the site was up for the first time on that day. Great stuff.
3.The Danimation Foo/Cydonia City prank. I remember rushing home that night to see what this amazing park was that Dan had been talking about, and when I saw Foo I thought it was a good joke...but I was pretty damn pissed that I'd just ruined my entire night for a prank. So then I went into the Danimation chat room, and the guy behind the prank (can't remember his damn name) told me it was a prank, and showed me what to do, making me feel retarded. And then I opened up the most impressive park I'd ever seen.
4.Releasing Troy. It's a lot of fun being The Godfather here at New Element, but there really isn't a much better feeling then releasing a park you've been working on for over a year. While Troy isn't the best park in the world, I think it's pretty decent, and just being able to release it and have over 1000 people now download it was an incredible feeling.
5.Brainstorming for H2H with Adix. I remember we knew we needed something completely original to call our own at NE. The Spotlight and Runner-Ups/Hidden Parks were derived from Danimation. The List had been posted at Dnet in the forums a few times. We wanted some sort of team-oriented thing. Adix came up with the name, I pitched a fantasy sports-liek draft idea, and then we both agreed that miniparks would be perfect, making it easy to complete and keeping the minipark tradition alive. Now it's NE's coolest feature quite easily.
6.The Pro Tour. IMO, the coolest contest to ever hit New Element. I couldn't believe how many entries we got, so many different people trying to earn spots in the contest. The thread itself got like thousands of replies, it was just a joy to watch grow. Hopefully all the people involved will actually enter, and successfully make it the absolute best RCT contest to ever happen.
And yeah, Gazza was the shit. Most definitely would have been an NE Parkmaker by now if he wanted and was still around. Gobon City was mad nice, and so was that one joint park he did that won RCPro's Spotlight. -

Original Forum Name: Well, if I remember correctly, I was known as RollerCoasterBoy2000. I can't believe I went by that. After the announcement of X being constructed at Six Flags Magic Mountain, I then went by Generation X or GenX for short. Then, about a couple of months ago, I changed it to my real name, Drew.
Original Forum: http://www.danimation.com/
When you Joined: I joined right when the Danimation 2000 Christmas Contest started in December of 2000. I planned on entering, but had no clue how to do e-mails or anything back then, so, I was basically screwed. (Plus, I was 11 at the time I think.)
First download not from Rollercoastertycoon.com: Hmmm. I can't remember the name, but it had 'Virginia' in it. It had some sweet duelers in the park, and is still one of my favorite parks. Though, nothing beats egypTopia.
How you found the community: There was a link to Danimation on the official RCT site.
First sites you reguarly browsed: Danimation was about it. I think I ventured off into other sites like once in a while, but Danimation was where I visited everytime I was on the computer. Oh! And COASTER-net.
Most Memorable moment: My most memorable moment would have to be the opening of New Element. I would have probably quit RCT altogether if NE wasn't around when Danimation started going downhill. -

I had been around a tad pre-9/11 though. I downloaded all of the JPark series, and I think it was RCTAmerica or something? All I remember is that they changed the site to be all patriotic after 9.11.
First Park Download - JPark world, although Wonders of the World by Mike R. had the biggest impact on me early on.

How I Found The Community: Through like, a million other sites, the one that sticks out the most was one that had rct square grass's as the background image on the site, but then again there was prolly a ton like that.
Most Memorable Moment:
1. Seeing DDD the first time... wondering how the fuck the guy did all those hacks.
2. The hidden parks at Danimation... finding the SFMM one, looking in awe of how great it was (at the time).
3. When Danimation was about to open over the last spring break, and everyone from NE was in a chat over it, and then how it was mad oveloaded, funny stuff.
4. Getting in the RCT Masters, thought it was a mean trick at first, but ya, it wasn't.
5. The whole 2Star thing, that was cool, and shortlived, sadly.
6. Seeing the first and best DL recreation yet, rctdl.8m.com, wow... that seriously owned... as well as Spatula Gardens, thought that was actually a real park! lol -

When you Joined: don't remember, but i was "around" the community for about a year before "joining" the community.
First Park Download: the amazing "mine-train" coaster, that won the contest at the official site, those many years ago.
First download not from Rollercoastertycoon.com: oh, dear, probably that wonderful Cedar Point replication Danimation had up, long before "spotlights", and all of that crap. who did that? probably Joe Holland, or Liquid Crash, or one of those brilliant people.
or, perhaps, Spatchula Gardens, by, i believe, a guy who went by Spatchula, or Spatch maybe...
the good ole' days, really.
How you found the community: Google!
First sites you reguarly browsed: oh, well, Extreme RCT, RCT Station, Chocobogo (sp?), and Danimation.
Most Memorable moment: probably my very, very, very, very, very, very, very first review back at Danimation. the discussion started by that was absolutely priceless!
...so, um, yeah, how did i do?
oh, wait, i remembered something: i got into RCT just before entering the fifth-grade! so, i was in school for six years, and entered at five, therefor, i was almost 11. i am now almost sixteen, so, it's been five years! scary... -

When i joined: Around mid 2000, after i got a copy of rct1 of a highschool buddy.
First Park Download: must be the 2 additions that came out very fast after the game, them 2 scenario's.
First "unofficial park download": a flatland of the mega park, flat, 1.000.000 bucks and all ride's
How i found the community: gotto blame google for that, was looking for the drexler patch and found rct station, and i was addictted, also found danimation wich back than had it's spotlights, both site's felt like rct home but rct station just was better and after the spotlights went dead on danimation, rct station became home
First Sites i browsed Reguarly: Danimation and rct station
Most Memorable Moment: got some
1. finding NeDesigns and the High standard for games and designs that they have there/here compared to the station
2. opening a roboparks park, he inspired me to create Realistic parks.
3. Closure of Rct Station. the number 1 site for rct died, at that time however i was getting more into NE because of the many nembie's and the shitty parks you'd find on the rct station forums, so i was'nt really devistated but it felt bad.

First park download:
I really have no idea, I went crazy for park recreations back then though. Never really "visited" the official website, never actually crossed my mind to do so. I was enthralled with what the unofficial websites had to offer.
How I found the community:
My general interest in amusement parks was sparked by a visit in early summer 2000 to Worlds of Fun in Kansas City, Missouri. Consequently, I downloaded a demo of RCT and fell in love with it. After awhile, I went out and bought RCT and LL. So naturally I wanted to learn more about the game and find people who shared my interests. I wasn't really that into the game as much as I was actual parks. I found CBuzz and Danimation from a Google search, if I remember correctly. RCT Station was talked about in the RCT forums at CBuzz, so I took a peak over there.
First sites I regularly browsed:
Coaster Buzz, Danimation, RCT Station
Most memorable moment(s):
1. Downloading the RCT demo version. I had played the game originally way back in 1999 at my cousins house, but I wasn't "into" coasters and parks back then, so it was just another game to me. Worlds of Fun (and especially Mamba) got me hooked.
2. Downloading UIX. Don't let my join date decieve you - I've been around for an incredibly long time. I do remember when UIX was brand-spanking-new. Never decided to register at the forums, though, because I wasn't much of a forum type of guy.
3. Becoming a moderator at RCT Station. That was fun, for the three or so months it lasted. I loved asserting my authority over people *coughmakemeamoderatoratne*. Especially that douchebag Xcite. And you all thought NE's morons were bad...
4. Getting into the Pro Tour. That was tons of fun, I loved making my entry and the competition was sky high. Hoping for an excellent main event, too. -

How you found the community....RCTUK or some site kinda like that
First sites you reguarly browsed...rct.com?
Most Memorable moment:
Opening Moonlight Maic. It inspired for at least a little while to attempt to try and make
a decent park. After that I forgot about rct, missed Dan going apeshit and such
Also, when I joined coaterbuzz in early 2003. I never really played rct that much after a while and then suddnly I just felt like playing again. Somehow I found coasterbuzz and I started posting my rct2 tracks along with RCTandy, Lord Gonchar, DE@NO, and other people like that.
(RE)finding Ne. I had vistied the site in late 2001 and forgot about it. Finally I came back in 2003 and registered
being on H2H3. That kicks ass.
