I just thought I'd drop a quick note here.

Ride6, it's again about your arrogance. Sorry to be a pain in the ass, but it's really annoying when you discredit criticisms of your park "Quit whining", but make a huge deal of all the praise, "That is really high praise coming from you". Your last comment implied you were annoyed at pbob for taking the time to try and help you with your park. Basically, people are posting in your topic to try to make you as a parkmaker better, it is definitely not just the praise you should listen to.

I know that. The reason I was sounding a bit "arrogant" as you say, was the fact that he was repeating what many people had already said. Although I myself was being a bit of an ass because how would any of you know that I fixed it last night, having not seen screens or anything?

I've only just spotted this park ride6. i love it. It shows a huge improvement from SS and WOC and I love every aspect of it so far. The first screen may look like John's stuff but it is nice. The water ride looks wicked. Can't see any flaws in that except is it unfinished or not? If so, please cover up that black ground roof you've used. It looks ugly.
Apart from that ride6, it's wonderful and I look forward to the release.

Pbob- It's been said many times and it has been done.  I may post a new screen sometime later tonight, if I feel like it.

Didn't want to read through all of that... Looks lovely so far, And can't wait for that update. Didn't mean to annoy or cause dispute...

Not bad. Entrance is good, the second seems great, very RCT1ish, which I prefer, so it works for me. I like the river rides going around everywhere and the landscaping.

I must apologize for not updating; allow me to explain what's happening:

First on Friday I was going to finish up the whole Neptune's Isle and show another screen somewhere on it. However before I could finish my work on friday a thunderstrom moved through, forcing me off the computer. I was then gone for Saturday and Sunday on a family thing...

Anyway tonight I came home and ended up looking at about a dozen other parks and not starting work on mine (sad, I know) and I wasted some time here. Then I caught up with looking after a couple of my moms daycare children (a 4th grader and a 6th) which burt up my night untill about 6:00 and with homework and dinner, 7:30. At that point I went out into the garage and helped my dad rip apart our SUV, since it's been running like shit ever since we got it about a month ago. That took the hours away until now. 10:30 pm and I have school tomarrow...

Just thought you desirved an explination.

Well, things are slowly getting back on track for this. Neptune's Isle isn't complete but I got some more done tonight, just theming and landscaping really. All the archetecture in the area is done...

Anywho:

Intamin AG and the Indianapolis Parks Organization's designers have been hard at work in a highly organized theming project based from the original Busch Garden's specifications. Although the area is not done we garentee that there are two crews of over 20 men each working 8 hours a day each on the construction of this area and it will be completed within the week. The Organization is also aiming for a early-Augest opening date that is expected to be reached with ease (since the project was started in april).

Okay, enough chatter, it's screen time!

Very nice. I just hope you're going to cover up all those wooden land walls.

I love the entrance screen. The architecture and attention to detail is quite impressive. On the second screen, I had to look twice...I thought it was a LL park at first.

And now in the third screen, I like most of it, except for the dirt rooves and the path awnings. Those are fine for LL, but they just look out of place in RCT2. But I love the colors and landscaping in that screen.

Anyways...

Oh, and the park! Well it's ok, the path isn't growing on me tho...

This looks like a totally different peson building compared to the entrace screen. The entrance screen was great, but his screen looks too LL IMO. It looks like a mess, sorry. I really thought you were changing your style after the first screen, but now i see its not changing an awful lot.

The combo of, beige tiles, wooden walls and marble walls clashes too much. The aqua and brown marble is the best bit of the screen, they look perfect together.

I thoght saying what i thought was better than saying a simple, i dont like it, or not posting at all.

Yeah, the archy is not bad, but I'm with Richie's messyness factor....especially around the yellow queue line, you've got egyptian stuff, barrels, row boats and stuff...kinda junkyardish....it really makes it hard to decipher the theme you are going for here....I also dont like that you can see the tilted whirler's buried entrance/exit....overall the screen isnt bad, I just thinks it lacks organization...

I'm not sure I understand your first point. On the other hand the name is officially being changed to Neptune's Wrath pending problems with a copywrited name from Titan park inc.

The footpath overhanges are staying. I'm building this park my way, not your's. However the wooden roofing will be changed to real roofs and some of the theming will be worked out.

I like it a lot! The archy in the first 2 screens look very realistic, and that water raft thingy (I forgot the name) looks fantastic. The last screen, though, does look kinda'...not as good as the other 2. 1 request...Can we have an overview of the park? (at least what's done?)

I think the messy queue line is great, it really adds to the atmosphere of a wreck. Some of the textures i'm not too sure about, but hey...

Thanks, that's what I'm trying for. Turtle, I'm saying that to remind the demanding souls who really has control of this file. The mod's have control of the thread, of course... Additionally I'm just saying that I'm not going to take all the suggestions, however a large majority of them will be implimented.

Yeah...I don't quite get why you said that. I obviously know you are building it your way and not mine...Why would you build it my way? I simply gave my opinion on the path awnings.

You could have easily said..."I happen to like the paths as awnings, so they are going to stay that way". But instead, you dish out attitude and arrogance (which had been eluded to before in a previous post that I agreed with), but I was trying to be nice and give you an honest opinion about the screens without your demeanor effecting (or is it affecting?...I always forget) my comments.

I won't bother in the future.
