I just got back from seeing it. (Little late, but I don't like huge crowds in movies when I see them anyway.)
I loved Puss In Boots, I wasn't too sure about him when I saw the previews, but he added so much needed character to the movie.
Donkey was great as always.
Some funny parts, but for me, it just didn't have the creativity of the original. Maybe it's just becuase we've seen it before, I don't know.
It was still a great movie, reguardless. Go see it.

I thought it was "smarter" than the original. MUCH smarter. Jennifer Saunders as the Fairy Godmother...good god!!!! There has never been more perfect casting!
I particularly liked the "pepper spray" and the "Starbucks Reference" (when one goes down, eveyone runs to the one across the street.) Brilliant. Absolutely brilliant. So many more "little references" than in the first.
P.S. Who stayed through ALL of the credits, to see the "true ending" of the film? Yes, there was a "true ending" that was after the credits. Very funny!!!! (Looks like I'm gonna have to get a job!)
P.S. To those that think watching Nick is "for kids". I am 34 and still watch it. Fairly Oddparents may very well be one of the best shows on TV. Aside from "Six Feet Under" and "Dead Like Me". -

WTF? I stayed through all the credits and nothing came on! Unless you mean the mutant dragon-donkey part. But that was after a bit of the credits, not "ALL" of them. -

'trix, you have to relize that NIck used to be 100 times better than it is today.
the quality of the programming on that station has been going down here. -

Yes Corky, I meant the "mutant Donkeys"
As for Nickolodeon, all I need is my Fairly Oddparents. -

Hooray it's out over here. I went to see it yesterday with friends, and today with my parents, and really enjoyed it both times. Jennifer Saunders rocks (you could just hear Edina trying to burst out any minute..."the bloody top of the bloody tower!" lol). The catnip bit had me laughing the most though -

Man, if they would've thrown Patsy in there too...that would have been classic...lol. Just watched the orgy one today.
"That's degrading to women!!!"
"Why? She's the one with the whip..."
