  • Most likely, Hillary will also run. Most experts have been expecting her to run ever since she released her last book. The timing of it was definitetly stategic. (The same weekend that Ann Coulter released a book bashing the Clintons... convenient).

Before, she was saying that she "had no plans to run". Now, Bill is saying it's a 50/50 "maybe". Which, basicly, just gives her time to campaign... I mean "book tour"... and keep Republicans from digging up dirt on her.

Unlike the other candidates, she can come in late, and still jump to the front-runner possition, just because of her popularity, and everybody knows where she stands. I would not be surprised, at all, if this is a "Bush-Clinton" election.

Instead of this being a Pro-Republican or Pro-Democrat election, it's probably just going to be Pro-Bush or Anti-Bush. That's why you're not going to have Leiberman or Kent running, because Democrats are going to step behind the most Anti-Bush candidate they can find. Either Dean or Clinton.
  • Why does everybody assume that since I supported the war, that I must support anything Republican?

I don't think Bush is all that great of a president, either. I've said that numorous times. At the same time, I can't think of any of the Democratic candidates that I'd rather have as President. The only candidate that has a chance is Howard Dean, only because he's "woo'd" all of the Bush haters. He supported tax cuts under Clinton, but hates Bush's. He voted in favor of the "Iraqi Liberation Act" of 1998 (even suggesting a pre-emptive, unilatteral attack if necissary), and then voted against a simular bill under Bush. I wish I could find the exact quote of him saying that to Congress. It was on the Drudge Report a few months ago, but I can't find it now, so no, I don't have a link.

Anyway, I would stay out of this discussion, except for that you called me by name, so I'm dropping in my 2 cents. That's all.
  • I don't think he's an idiot at all. If he made this and passed it out to be publicezed, then he'd be an idiot. I'm pretty sure most people have made "idiots" of themselves in private, and would be just as imbarrased if it became public. The fact that he's a portly kid who gets so passionate about it is hillarious, but I'm not laughing "at" him, because I know that I've done the same things sometimes.

I think he needs to stop fighting it, though. He needs to stop the lawsuits and the sympathy game, and realize that it's beyond his control now. He needs to get an agent, go on the media circuts, and get FILTHY RICH off of it. I'm sure so many shows would love to pay to have him on. Then, if you want to sue anybody, sue the people who are selling murchandice with his face on it (that's obviously illegal), and get a chunk of those profits... than, sell his own murchandice and make millions more. Get himself copywrited.

He really needs to start laughing with them, and come to the acceptance that he's a celebrity. If he accepts it, he's no longer the victim. It's the old rule of the playground that, in this case, may actually work.
  • Tell Husky to change my password to what it was, since they are "fluxing the boards"...
After multiple e-mails with no response, I see now who the real children are...

His email might have changed from @danimation.com to @fluxd.com, I don't know. If you have AIM, his screenname is MrHusky74. If he still ignores you, then you know there's an immaturity problem.
  • As FluxD's new unofficial ambassador, I thought I'd take this time to inform you that Buster and Cyberian Husky are currently "fluxing" the forrii, so there are many new forums, and not just about Dan's hobbies. Nonetheless, there will probably still be whining and bashing about how it's not New Element, or 1999.
